Quick help needed

I just recharged my credit card to get BC2 Pack through steam but unforturantely the bank system requires 24 hour before your card is recharged. In that case I will surely miss the steam sale. So if anyone could help me through this and gift me the Battlefield Bad Company 2 complete Pack 10$, And I will return the money back through gifting back another game ,GamersGate Blue coins or anything similiar, Sorry Paypal apparenltly decided not to include Egypt in the 170 supported countries so I can't use Paypal.
