The GF4 4200 is one of the most cost efficant cards out there.

ATI 9600pro is more than enough and its good priced ^^ besides u cant find 9500pro anymore -.-

grab a 9500 non pro card if you can....by far best card for the money these days

9500Pro if you can find one, or a 9500 is good choice for the price. Also, don't rule out a 9600Pro.

If you can muster $280-$290, buy a Radeon 9800 Non-pro and convert it into a 9800 Pro!!

Heck im using a Intel 810e Integrated aka POS and I play CS and Q3 and Midtown Madness and Flight Simulator 2002 all at 640x480, its not as bad as it seems really. Since I dont have a AGP slot, I'm looking at purchasing a 9100 PCI.

and as far as I remember GTA3 was pretty crap running on nearly all rigs and systems due to nasty console->pc port rockstar did

Actually you can. And if you want one with L shaped ram you can easly find one on EBay.
