bf3 is not starting at all.

after installing the battlefield 3 on my Q2C, it's not starting and giving following error:

Battlefield 3 has stopped working.
check online for solution
close the program.

Q6600 Q2C 2.4 (no OC)
4gb ram
nvidia 8800gt 512
drive nvidia 275.33
mobo asus p5q
creative sound card
nvidia physx 9.11.1107
windows 7 x64

these are minimum requirements for BF3 but it should atleast run.

Please advise.

Have you tried upgrading your drivers to the 290.xx set or are your running those 275.xx for a reason?

found the latest 1 from nvidia and its 285.xx
NVIDIA DRIVERS 285.62 WHQL

where is 290.xx
