24 Hours Lemans

I dled the new Lemans 24 hours.

I Can't get the Game running because its wining 4 directx 8.1
I run win XP Sp1 1068 with Dx 9 patched installed, i installed the fooling program so win xp detects Dx8.1 but no go i see the intro's then it moves to the taskbar and can't open it.

Someone have a solution for this problem ?
