For those of you first person shooter lovers with good hardware, you just HAVE to get this game, the visuals, atmosphere, voice acting and sound, its just superb. I havent gotten into the game in a big way, but its certainly well worth getting !

Honestly craig, I loaded it in, expecting a lame ass FPS game, but the graphics are just down a scale from what ive seen Half life 2 looks like..... better IMO graphically than unreal2. and I thought that along with no one lives forever 2 where the best to this point.

Gameplay looks pretty good but its early days as yet, the first mission, the use of music as you run with your buddy, then a sniper attacks and you have to run up the mountain to kill the guy, meanwhile ducking in behind rocks, then taking his sniper gun to cover your mate...... really FANTASTIC !!!

And this is running on my quadro at 1280x960 everything maxxed. like butter. im sure it will be as good if not better on the 9800 pro, but im not taking the quadro out to try !

Between this, Homeworld 2 and the new amazing addon for C&C generals, I dont have enough hours in the day to play them all, what an amazing week for game releases, best I can remember in a long time. Now to take a few days off work to play them !

I've seen a review for this on the gaming channel G4..looked promising but I didn't know it was out yet?

Update: Okay doesn't come out till the 21st looks like. Um, there is another version out but that is all I have to say about that....

The demo was great but i think the phisics engine it's exaggerated, the guys fly to the air when you shot at them, quite funny but the realism go away..

It is worth gettingit its a beautyfull game, with beatyfull graphichs, and good playable it runs smooth and nice.
It's a must have.....

lol.. i tried this demo when it first came out....the more i played it the more i liked it. Then i went on some gaming forums and a lot a guys where putting it down, saying it was crap...maybie it was too gfx demanding for their likeing...all and all i think its a great game. Yes i also found the ragdoll deaths rather funny, but i guess thats what they wanted the game to do. Oh by the way, doesnt the main carractor sound like Duke Nukem? lol Sounds like duke to me

the hardware demands on this game are high for sure, but I dont know why people would slate it, the game is one of the most beautiful graphical games ive played, its also a damn fine FPS.

I'm liking it very much as well..though the first time playing it I couldn't figure out where the damn sniper was. I kept looking all around the building for a sniper to be sitting somewhere..and just kept getting hit. Yeah, talk about a brainfart when I finally seen where he was! Guess it helps if you pay more attention to the in game cinema.

Took me 2 mins to find that guy also....To Zardon, maybie all the guys dising the game couldnt find the sniper....some peeps just wanna run and shoot, lol and there is a small learning curve to this game...and maybie they skipped the tutorial as well...like one thing i missed myself was the Numpad 7 key to go into a slowmotion killing spree after you get them 3 abilitys when you come down from the tower.. now that was cool

My partner just turned on me, and I've killed all the soldiers in the area, but now I can't get out. Is there a password for the computer I missed somewhere? How do I get from here to finish the demo? Can anyone enlighten me a little here. Thanks

When you go up to the computer use that login name thats there....then use the hack option to get the door to open....then backtrack the way you came up on the lift, that door is there somewhere just walk up to all of them one should open that didnt before. lol then comes blondie

p4 2.4 (800mhz fsb)
i gig DDR400
and a Geforce FX 5600

Running the game at 1280 X 960 @ 85 Mhz with everything turned to the max it runs like butter on my 9800 pro and looks great too, the rag doll deaths are kinda funny, but the game-play is great, AI could use some work i mean you shoot at a guy duck behind a tree and he just sits there and waits for you to come out and you get 3 augmentions right off the bat kinda makes it too easy. Im only on the second mission great so far, loving the sinper rifle. If DuesX IW is going to be better than this i can't wait.

just bought the game today, all i can say is this game ROCKSS!!!! the only downside, in my opinion is, its system requirements...i can only turn on 2xAA and 4xAF to run the game at 35-72 in 1024x768@ 72hz while setting the others to MAX...
