American's Army "Connecting"

I cant seem to get pass the shooting range in American's Army. I pass all 40 targets and it ask me to log and I try to, all it tells me is "connecting" it just sits there. I tried it at 8am 12pm 1am 10pm all hours of the day and even redownloaded from the web site. What am i doing wrong? It tried connecting for 40 mins last night. And how do I get a "voice" in the "American's Army Support" chatroom?
I been at it or three days now help

yup i'm having the same problem except i was able to connect. All you have to do is use gamespy to connect to a server, Make sure it is NOT a Homelan one because they are always down. It must be a public server and if you cant connect hit the tilde key to open up the console and just type "reconnect" (withut quotes) and wait until your connected. You may need to try other servers. I did connect to a few Homelan servers so you still might want to give them a shot.
