go over 100 fps in hl/cs!!

get the latest updates for hl and cs (1.6) this tweak only works on those versions.
sick of only 100 fps? the engine can push over 100

first type developer 1
then r_mmx 1
then fps_max # (i.e. to limit your fps to lets say 300 type fps_max 300, i have it set to 4000 but never will reach that high lol)

finally faster cs action!

And even 60, 75, 85, 100fps isn't enough for you? Sure is for me.

Have you ever thought of the fact that your monitor can't show you more frames per second then the Hz it got ? There's no way you have a monitor with 400Hz .

sure 400FPS may not be completley supported..but responce time in general will be WAY up there.... there is a HUGE difference between 100fps and 400... a big difference between 100-200 as well...... as for the avatar.... "IS THAT LEGAL? "

heh, ever heard of vsync? turn it off and you'll have more fps.. although you cant see more than monitor vsync... and then there's the thing w/ the eye not registering much more than 60 pics / sec.. well... hehe

actually, saposedly it's 24...or 30fps.... thing is..... it's all a load of crap..... everyone will see things different.... and be able to recognize certain amount of fps.... I can tell the difference between 60 and 85fps... and can tell the difference between 90-120fps.... the only thing you generally can't tell the difference between is like 5-10fps.... sometimes..... depends..... small increments that is.....

NOT only that, but your brain will automatically try to smooth out the vissuals...... this will tend to give you a little bit of a headache as it's eye strain... and constant taxxing on the brain...... at lower then 5fps.... your brain will usually kick out of smoothing it out as it'll just take it as is...frame by frame.... like a quick slideshow....
