etc. demos,patches,no CD cracks....eerrr other??

to skip the annoyance of putting in the cd everytime i want to load a game that doesnt even need the cd, i dont see why no cd hacks shouldnt be discussed here, i'm wiling to listen to reason though. i use http://www.gamecopyworld.com , they have many mirrors, and they host alot of files.

edit: i also use http://www.gamershell.com for demos, game patches ect. they have pretty fast servers (for the most part) and unlike sites like fileplanet, ect. they dont require you to signup/log in each time you want to download a file.

a great site which tragic showed me was www.fileshack.com
its a great site with alot of demos,mods,patches and other things.
all the credit here i suppose should go to tragic as he showed me it

A No-CD crack is not classified as warez, as it is something that is used to avoid the option of having to insert a cd in the tray each time you wish to play a game. Just avoid links to warez in this thread and no issues will arise.

except fileshack..cheers fireball/tragic!!

and i have read the rules about no warez and i respect the rules.
i dont class a no CD crack as warez.....they are just handy to prolong your CD's lifespan....and its easier to double click an shortcut rather than put a cd in each time u want to play/change a game.

Just to clarify...i was just stoping the warez talk before it started because from experience chatting about no-cd's can start the slippery slope down to links with warez on them.

I wasn't acusing anyone of using warez.
