IMO: i noticed u gotta lot of irq usage do you realy use 6 usb ports? if not do some diableing, same thing with com ports, no printer? try turing off the printer port 2 ... with a loaded system like yours it's much happier with a few more free irq's and can affect stabilty.. tip... turning off usb all togeater will give you will a noticable a 3dmark boost also try the 3.13 nforce drivers thier good... skip the ide drivers install though http://www.hardwareheaven.com/showthre...threadid=29922
