Awesome FPS called "Painkiller" from Croteam

Wow, when i saw the graphics and found out who the development team behind this game was, I was excited like I was never excited before from a FPS. Not even Half Life 2 got me this excited!

I know, I saw the movies on the game play.... Look sweet!!!

(now I really have to get on building my new comp... I can hardly play games on mine anymore)

Croteam is very impressive as a developer's group. Obscurity to riches, completely through their vision and creativity. I'm interested.

Go look at the "stalker" movie on Gamershell -that looks pretty good too.

Try hitting about 1.5Ghz and you should be fine for alittle longer. Or just buy a 2400+ there pretty damn cheap and that would hold you out CPU side at least

Serious sam was a great game and V2 was another corker. Croteam rule ! this game looks like its going to be real sweet, they always play well and they are capable of making great engines also.

I like this game especially because of its art style and direction. Other FPS typically feature regular soldier units or typical futuristic alien models. This game, however, has creativity and visual distinction with nice colors, game environment settings, and unique enemy models. I've been waiting for such a game for a long time. Seriously, if I had to choose between Doom 3, Half Life 2, and this game, I would choose this game. The others are too typical for me despite their DX9 pixel effects and realistic engines.

I like games featuring good executions from the imagination. I just hope that Croteam will continue to not disappoint and deliver an enjoyable playing experience.
