Colorful little squares problem

I have the latest Omega drivers on normal for my Radeon 9800. When I am at the loading screen for Far Cry and UT2k4 I get these little multicolored squares all over my screen. This also happens in the cg sequences and sometimes in the flash of my gun in Far Cry. Is there any way to stop this? Thanks.

Any Overclocking going on? (overdrive or otherwise) That usually causes breakups. If it happens with all drivers as opposed to just one omega set you are not overclocking you should RMA your card.
