Losing sound in FarCry....

Don't know what is up with farcry...at first it played just fine with no issues at all, but now i keep losing the sound in-game, and i have to restart the game before i can get it back. Im using the onboard sound on the max3 and have the latest drivers. Anybody else who are experiencing this?

I actually had the same problem, that was with version 3,57 (realtek). The sound kept stuttering, I switched back to 3,56 and the problem was gone. But I also did a fresh install of windows (not because of FarCry) because of other things.

hmmm...i'l try switching back to the 3,56 drivers then...thanks danhill!
