Problems with my X Box
Okay, here it goes. I was going to post this before, but since I was lazy, I'll post it now.
My games don't work, unless I keep turning it on and off. It keeps telling me that it doesn't recognize the disk. This happens quiet offten, and my load times have also increased. Can anyone help? It can play the games, but only after I pop the game in 6-7 times! |

a very similar problems happened to my friend. his xbox wouldnt load properly would freeze and eventually the drive tray was screwed. his was one of the original xbox consoles. he had to get it replaced by microsoft.
here are the excuses i would use if your OUT of your warranty period. if yours is also a first gen xbox like my friend's, you should tell them that you actually have been having this problem since you bought ur xbox (so your lieing) and you have heard others have called in with a similar problem and got it fixed. if this is not a first generation xbox like my friend's tell them when you bought and you have been having this problem from the first month but you never bothered and it has recently gotten more severe. you have heard many others have had a similar problem and have gotten it fixed in the past even outside their warranty. don't lie about the date of purchase they will check it and if your in your warranty period everything is good. |
