Total Club Manager 2003 - Can't play ?

hi,

I am new to this forum and I am so frustrated with this current problem.
I bought the new TCM 2003, and installed it sucessfully, and was able to start and when the proceed button is clicked, it booted me out from the game and back to my window environment.

my system is
Window XP Professional
Anthlon 1.2 GHz
with 512 M SDRAM
Geforce 2 MX400 card
and Creative live DE 5.1 sound card.

I have tried many things, I got input from the game manufacturing EA is the graphic cards driver, need a 64 bits drivers ? Any input from you folks out there ?
