Warhammer 40,000

i just had it crash once...and i was doing a little multitasking then, so it didnt surprise me much. the game also doesnt like it when you tab back in...it takes a pretty big performance hit when you do that.

A lot of games don't like ALT+TAB... But the ones who work fine deserve mad kudos from me.

i think i noticed that the framerate/gamespeed dropped by half everytime i tabbed...so after i did it twice it had to be restarted...it was completely unplayable.

can somebody else test this as well?

yeah thats cool.

I was a little unhappy you couldnt play on after the human missions and use the eldars and the orcs etc, like you could in warcraft III, I think there were only like 10 single player missions in total. not a very long game.

To be honest I didnt record the amount of levels but im 100% sure there were no more than 10 stages, and ive just performed a clean OS install, but it was very short, the interesting thing is you know when you load the game initially? and it gives you a pop up campaign menu toggle? I was expecting more campaigns to unlock when the human campaigns were beaten, but it didnt. quite sad when I beat it, I was just starting to get into it.

its an excellent game though im sure they will make expansion packs. the way the game ended is a certainty they will make them, ill not say anymore but its a great ending IMO.

just how good is that game? the website is certainly extremely impressive both on a content / aesthetic level.

I was in the BETA Allan... last I played of it, it was shaping up to be an awesome MMORPG... was in the BETA for Warhammer too... was shaping up to be a great RTS.... should have the full game waiting for me when I return home + get my comp sorted

lineage 2 didnt get very good reviews...they said it was lineage 1 on the unreal engine....and nothing very special about it. im interested in this SWG expansion though, it looks very cool.

Yesterday I bought this game. It is good, but, somehow, it does not attract me. Maybe alota elements of this game are copied from WarCraft3.

hmmm... well, if you are an avid Warhammer 40,000 player, you'll really appreciate it. I wonder if "Magic the GAthering" can also come with a game like this.
