Help with UT2K3 Please

I got Unreal 2TK3 yesterday and when I play online the speed is about 150%-200% normal any one got any idea how to fix this???

I've noticed this on several multi-player games, I think its set by the host. Try another server.

Wow, people are freakin nuts putting it that high. But yeah, it's probably just the server

What's the matter? can't keep up? mwahaahaahah, mwhahahhahah. ahem. Yeah it's server set, try making your own game and setting a slower speed jus' incase.
