Ground Control looks Great (Radeon 8500)

I lost my Ground Control CD on my last European business trip (played a Sunday away on my old GF2Go laptop) and finally picked up a "used" copy from EB. I had read that it didn't run on the Radeon 8500, but under 6071 it looks absolutely gorgeous at 10x7x32/max everything/4XAA/64XAF. Definitely worth dusting off for this board. Looks better than on my V5 5500 with 2xFSAA (4x was never quite playable).

That game was so much fun. I had no clue what I was doing when playing online, but I kept winning! Hmm I wonder if there was any purpose to the single player... Maybe I'll try it out again.

Single player is great, but much harder than multiplayer. I was staying in a rather boring locale that weekend in the UK and wound up nearly finishing the game...it was a rather sick RTS binge...even ate dinner at the hotel
