I got stuck there too.. You see the legde right there in your pic right next to the last medic... Go on it and crawl (it's narrow) and it'll lead you to a while in the wall and u can go on...

And I don't know if they DIE... It seems alyx dies but since she's very important I heard, I doubt she's dead... I don't think they die...

I think it would be really cool if their mask got shot off and there was a monkey faced man type thing, like in the Planet of the Apes. Like the Combine control monkeys with brain implants or something.

I just finished playing HL2. It was a lot of fun. After those stinking antlions killed me a lot, I really liked having those AntLions on my side LOL! The level where you have to wiat for Alex in the 2nd control room was the hardest for me. My terrets kept getting knocked down! That was a long freakin wait! But it was fun.

I thought the Doom three type stuff was a bit too much, but overall the game was Cool. Also liked that air bike. I never had a sniper rifle. I dont think. If there's one, can somebody tell me where? Those striders where fun to behold and to kill. This is a really good game. If you dont have it, youre missing out on some good fun.

It's the re-bar crossbow. It kinda acts like a sniper rifle. It's more fun I think because you have to aim a little high, there is a slight arch to the path of the "bolt"

This game is way more fun than Doom3 is. The graphics is great and the frame rate is great, with all the juice turned on @ 1280x960.
Really fun!! The gravity gun is the best

Wow I throughly disapointed with the game. It was just a show of graphics. I could care less if Half Life is in the name, you all downed and shot off Doom 3. So I have the right to say what I do about HL2. I thought it was actually quite boring everwhere you went it was "OMG it's Gordon Freeman." ... "OMG is that you Gordon?!" .... "Wow.... Gordon Freeman." Wow and the amazing plot with his bad luck with Teleporters, oh wow that was just amazing. Oh yeah forgot about his "Time Warp through time" again with him going to different places. WAIT WAIT can't forget about the electrical guy he sees, maybe it could be a connection maybe Gordon is an ALIEN HE IS THE SON OF THE ALIEN QUEEN!!!! I FIGURED OUT THE GAME. That was the whole game and you know what that doesn't make an amazing storyline. The only good part and the only part that actually scared me in the game was Ravenholm, other then that the game was a disappointment. Okay let's see the next "let's impress the people with as much great graphics we can, besides the fact we can't get coding for the new video cards right, or even have companies release good drivers for the video cards), and just forget about gameplay." (Oh yeah can't forget that doesn't matter since, people have the money to overclock their cards to un godly speed, and not worry about crappy drivers." Yeah can't wait for Hl3, can't wait... Can't forget the magnficient ending, the g-man appearing out of no where and then Gordon Freeman back in a black room again. Wow what an ending it had me crying! I figured it out, Gordon is a secret agent, he doesn't even know it and the G-man keeps erasing his memory. OR EVEN BETTER the whole thing is fake and it's a hologram. I don't know notice how the G-man was walking on air? Hmm don't know. OR EVEN BETTER the G-man is an ALIEN. Let's see how many crappy theories go around the net. Let's hope the next game is not as crappy as this one was.

Like the game would have been more fun with a better story? The game was/is pretty fun and maybe the story ids dumb but HL2 is way better than D3 any day. Gameplay was fun, I do think the AI could have been a little better, but play it on hard with no cheats and there are some spots that are very challenging.

I don't think the story has that much to do with how fun a game is anyway, if you want a good story that bad, go read a book. No matter how good a game is, you can and will always be able to find faults, but that doesn't take away from how good HL2 is as a single player FPS.

FarCry's AI would have been nice- maybe in HL3.
