Interested in doing a mod for HL2?

Anyone out there with experience want to get together and work on a mod for HL2? I got some pretty cool ideas and my nights are essentially free. As it is I am working on some mapping. I have some previous mod experience with Unreal Tournament 2003 where I had a team and we were developing a very cool shooter. Unfortunately the team didn't stick together and the project fell apart. If anyone has experience and would like to try and form a team to do a mod let me know. I have a great idea on what to do, but will divulge more when a team gets together so my ideas aren't stolen. Nothing is more worse than intellectual theft. The one thing I know is there has to be dedication. That means you work on the mod in whatever free time you have. In the past I had people that would do a thing here and a thing there. That wont work. I can provide a webpage etc as well as resources to store the work being done etc. Lots of you don't know me, I am a pretty nice guy when you get to know me and I'm not amateur gamer either. Anyhow, if you are interested let me know. To give you a idea of the mod I am thinking of starting, I'm thinking semi-futuristic with modern weapons and taking a lot of elements from existing HL2 such as trip mines and attack probes etc. This will include original maps, various styles of play. People I am looking for are typically, coders, modelers, texture artists, musicians, mappers and other imaginative thinkers with a lot of fps games under their belt. This is free work stuff here, no payouts, just with the main goal to make the best most original and addictive mod out there. A few people I had on my team in Unreal Tournament went on to work with some pretty big gaming companies. Again, if you are interested or know people that are looking to do a mod, let them know about this post. I'm serious and I want to do a mod and kick some serious mod butt!!

EDIT: Also, I would like to see some of the work you have done, if not for HL2, for whatever other mod you have worked on.
