Half-Life 2 Save Games

Hello Everyone....What a great Forum....

I have just tried to play hl2 and found that it would not work anymore
I checked with steam and it then proceeded to reinstall the game.
thinking that it was installing the latest patch I let it carry on

Now when I start the game I have to start from scratch..

Could someone please send me a copy of a save game so I dont have to start the game from the begginning....Not sure if this is possible or not

my last save game was at Chapter 7 Highway 17 (on the Bridge Span)

Roughly halfway through the game

a save before that will also do, just don't want to have to start all over.

its not a horrible thing to start over, i beat it 7 times on hard now :/

whats your email? I'll upload it and send it to you. (I'm right at the beginning of Highway 17)

Type sv_cheats 1
Then type sv_unlockedchapters [chapternumber]

this will open all the chapters up to the one you include

after you do that, when you select "new game" you can selct which chapter you want to start on.
