Logitech Dual Action Game Pad

Does anyone have one of these controllers? All of the sudden my left analog stopped working properly. I plugged it into a new usb port it worked for about 5 mins then it started acting up again. At first when i moved the stick left it wouldnt work, so i took it all apart and when i put it back together left was working, but now when i push down it doesnt work. I dont know if the calibration is off or what, but I dont see how to recalibrate it in the software. The software just has game profiles where you can adjust buttons and sensitivities etc etc, and in the windows control panel I can just see if the buttons/sticks are working I dont see anywhere to recalibrate. Anyone know of anyway to fix this?

Donator
you can recalibrate the gamepad by going in game controllers in the control panel or just reinstall the drivers...

what is happening is the analog stick is hitting the gamepad cover before it registers. When its all apart it works fine. I am making the hole that the knob sticks through bigger but ive managed to lose a few screws and 2 buttons somewhere on the floor. Ill put it back together eventually

i bought one of those for gta vice city, after a month it said that it malfuncted or wasnt recognised by windows. I exchanged it for a brand new one and 2 weeks later the same thing happened. . Logitech can suck my ass. I ended up buying a usb adapter for my plastation control and have been using it flawlessly for over 6 months, and a less than half the price... I reccomend that to anyone buying a computer controller on a budget, the playstation controllers are tough as nails..
