Moving a unmovible window??

I like to play games in a window and chat with my friends ect. Dont ask me why. Im playing battlefield vietnam and when ever I click the bar at the top of the window it returns me to the game and i cant move the window and have to alt tab out, this is getting quite anoyng. So does anyone know a way to move the window or a program that helps?
