BF2 Demo leaked?

Hmm... i'm just woundering if the BF2 demo has been leaked?...cuz in the past days it has been a lot of disscusions over the net that the BF2 demo has leaked if you check this link----> http://www.xfire.com/xf/modules.php?...name=mwolframm
And you'll see that that guy has been playing BF2. (if you check in his friend lins you will find another guy who also played BF2).

So has the BF2 demo leaked?

And do anyone know where you can download it?

Yes it has been leaked and NO i cant provide links since this would be illegal and it's also against DH rules.

Not surprising he's been playing BF2, the email address is for DICE.

dot thhink so...cuz in his profile it says he is 17 and lives in China....and dice is a Swedish company(i live in Sweden 15min from Dice hq) so i think it's leaked...

yeah...but have you seen the screens on the servers when you can se Dice and EA guys are in playing on servers...so that means they got a working version of the BF2 game... and someone might have hacked EA or DIce computers and downloaded the beta or the demo... and if you check on xfire people are currently playing BF2.... so it might got leaked...

Well the guy has changed his profile and removed the DICE email address. So basically he's probably a faker, in which case he's probably modified his "ua_plugin.ini" in XFire to make it look like he's playing BF2 when he really playing something else.

LOL.. has anyone considered that DICE could have been testing Xfire with BF2? You know, to see if there are any issues between the 2, or to somehow include Xfire support from within the game? You have to remember that it is in beta. Hell, maybe they are using Xfire to beta test the game outside of DICE offices, or they are testing BF2 between 2 types of network setups such as LAN to Internet, and are using Xfire to test this.

But hey, that's just my opinion.

I can confirm that I've seen two people on my "friends of friends" xfire list, two guys in my friends clan, that have Battlefield 2 written as the current game they are playing.

Im not going to read into this, but something is definitely going on.

Several people have it listed (I see quite a few of the [6th] clan have it listed), yet many played it for very little time... puhlease! They've just modified Xfire.

Why "spoil" it for yourself with a demo and not wait for the true magic when it comes out?
