Doom3 and FX5600 overckocking

Hello

When i Overclock my FX5600 greater than 10 Mhz GPU/Core the game get
distorted, and mouse lag, i use the latests nvidia 76.41 Drivers.
On other games i can overclock both GPU/Core with Gpu +80 Mhz and Core with +66 Mhz.

I dont know what other drivers do.
When I leave the Stock settings Doom3 runs Fluid.

The FX5600 is a Test Card, I have normaly installed A MSI 6800 GT
but even with the 6800 i have to clock back to prevent distortion and mouse lag

Does anyone have a sugesstion or tweak ,how to solve this problem ?.
Its not fun when i decide to play Doom III to clock the card back everytime.
