I've been waiting for this game for the longest time. Though it sort of slipped out when I wasn't looking.

The good:

Its very fast paced with lots of little side things to do. It is incredibly enjoyable in the way that I've never been stuck wondering "what now" at all. The SFX are all well played. The engine does DOF, heat trails and a few other assorted DX8.1 effects.

No pistol getting head shots every time. I hate that. The pistol should not become the best weapon in the game for those with good aim.

The bad:

Some of the animations are a little stiff. Some of the weapon sounds have no kick. They may sound accurate but people want things that sound crisp and impressive. Sometimes the hud was a little overbearing.

The ugly:

Textures. They range from good to "so 1997". There's no bump maps or any such things.

Bla, I have finals tommorow so thats the conclusion of my mini-review. Just had to tell others about this game. Its like an action version of DX1. Great fun.
