I've just read a massive preview in PC Gamer and it looks even better than UT2003. There won't be a multi-player aspect but this will ensure that full attention is given to ensure that the single player campaign is the best around, at least until Doom3.

the graphics will be better than UT2003, due to the single player game they can concentrate on greater detail.

the screenshots look really sweet, as you say this will do until Doom 3

i played the alpha of unreal 2 a while ago looks like they didnt fix up the gfx that much one thing i like it there is kind of a rope you can climb on things but you cant shoot while you are on it (just imagine the camping spots no wonder thre is no mp) lol

I loved the original Unreal & Return to Nali Pa!! I can't wait to get me grubby mitts on this game!!

I personally prefer shooters that focus on the single-player element, methinks my 56K has an awful lot to do with that though...

Beautiful, but still not that surreal Unreal look... load up the first game and you'll see what I mean.

Oh, I AM buying this as soon as it comes out though

have you tried Operation na pali, its UT mod, takes you back to where it all began

I hesitated for a long time before giving into the temptation and buying UT2003 two days ago... But I've got Unreal 2 on my shopping list already !

No multi-player...? Well there's UT for that already, no big deal, but I hope they still included botmatch. I always found it very useful for traning / rounding up the various weapons.

Anway I hope U2 hit the shelves at the soonest possible !
