MOHAA spearhead night??

just wondered if we could set up a time to all meet on a server somewhere and frag it out

Nothing serious as I'm sure I'll be the one getting killed the most

Hopefully we can work something out when at least a handful of us can get together for a game.....

nick = Shuki look me up! I can pretty much work my weekend schedule around barring morning hours (+2 GMT here thats +7 EST) I'm free anytime after 2 on Saturday and any time after 1 on Sunday. Anyone else interested?

urworstenemy, I've seen you out there before! too bad I just put 2 and 2 together.... Really, I think we should try and set up a time and day and server and hook up. At least 3 or 4 of us should be able to make it

And as I said before, I KNOW some of you would just love to blast the Shuki in the head a few times...

I'm GMT +2 but would be willing to pull a late nighter to hand out with some DH buds on mohaa SH TOW map

Top Idea shuki, Bring it on . The spearhead maps are the best to date for us cable guys

I hate gayspy and refuse to use it

We just need to do one of two things: 1. let some kind soul with bandwidth decide to offer us a dedicated server on night (provided there is enough interest) or just all hook up on a certain IP together. I realize the ping will vary greatly but so what! I'm certainly not out to impress anyone

In fact, I'll be the easiest target regardless of ping

So post up as to when you'd be available!! weekends? evenings? mornings? flexible? time zone? Me, I'm in GMT +2 but am very flexible as to when I put in my hours each week so just about any time would work for me (with exception to Saturday and Sunday mornings and Tuesday and Friday evenings)

I believe we need to post a good server IP, we need a set date to meet and we need a time to suit everyone

So, anyone got any ideas on all of the above?
If so, then post and lets get this thing off the ground

We need to start a tradition here at DH - we make a private server and post the password here for some game (probably MOHAA if people are interested), then have a weekly free-for-all between the different players

I would be happy to host the first one - someone PM me with suggestions or post here and I'll see what I can do... I'll go get MOHAA reinstalled just in case too

Though I'm not sure how well my 1500/128 connection will do at hosting people from Europe and the US, I'm always willing to try.... lets start with MOHAA or Spearhead. And too, it'd be nice to know how many people are really interested. No sense in going to much trouble setting up server and stuff for 3 people..

Agreed - I have a 2000/384 connection and a fast stable computer, so I'll run the server if you guys want - I'm on the Pacific Coast though, so the Europeans are probably going to have bad pings... my pings, locally, are about 20, and when I'm in European servers, as much as 200 (yuck!)...

I'll try my best to figure things out - I haven't had MOHAA installed for a long time (I forgot it had a multiplayer

) so I'll have to install it and figure out the server settings. Check your PM's a couple days before that previously mentioned time cause I might ask you (the person who plays often) to help me set things up (like what vars do I want where) and all... also, would I need to do anything with gamespy? I have managed to avoid installing it so far.......

You have approximately 9 days to tune your MOHAA reflexes. Thats enough time to refresh your memory and brush up on your tactics

I dont normally host but I can help you out with any problems you encounter setting up your server. Also, Gamespy is optional, you do not need to install it if you dont want to

good server for me too. pinged in right at 100. Tried first with spearhead though. take note, its an MOHAA server on objective mode. Hope a few of us can get on it... though there were about 10 [B.A.D] clan members on it tonight.... can be tough when they all practice and work together on the stray that wonders in
