I dont think looks are that important for a console, but yeah lets hope they spent more time with the insides than they did with the chassis.

it kinda looks like a white version of the PS 2 with it standing up on its side like that. It would be cool if they came out with different color skins for it though.

huh, who dropped the ball on that one? Not really a way to distinguish yourself in such a tough market. I am not impressed at all, not even with the technology I have heard about for the console. Maybe thats why they have decided to release the thing so much earlier than the other companies.

It looks better than the original X-Box. It has some nice curves and style to it. It's a simple design which could blend into your living room well. I for one do not want my console to stand out like some purple cube. (I would have launched the GC with black or silver)

i like all my consoles since they just fade away into my entertainment center. 2 greay consoles (snes, NES) dont even really see those any more. 2 black (ps2 N64) again, i dont even notice them. and 1 silver, my GC. ive got that pushed back far enough that i dont even see the lights from it any more.

personally I think its kinda nice. Its not that special but its not tacky like the xbox is. Its kinda okay looking. Its also small so you could stash it away in the entertainment center(UNLIKE the current xbox)

. The only thing I don't like so far about the designs is the Controller, it looks rather similar to that Logitech Wireless controller they released a while back.

hmm Xbox2 seems well kinda limited in a software/hardware kinda way because if u compere it to current pcs the xbox2 it really limited (carnt play burt games/movies and wont allow for reinstall of O/S or new O/S or driver updates ect.) and sure it is going to be more powerfull then the pcs will be when its released but the pcs will catch up and overtake very quickly for ex. ps2 was outdated is less then a year and so was the Xbox 1

so overall the xbox 2 will be good while it lasts but before you know it your gonna be useing your old xbox 2 and wishing you had a computer that could play the same games sooooooooooo much better
