Put this baby on high details, using a big lcd, 5.1 surround cranked all the way up, heavy metal playing in the backround... the sound of the colt commando is orgasmic!

ok it was good on the ps2, but using a 6800GT This game is fu**ing awesome!

Doom3...ppfftt, HL2...ppfftt, Farcry...ppfftt, MAX PAYNE is the SHIT!

I did not really care for max payne 2. I think it was because I got to a part I could not get past.

Max Payne 2 were great in it's day of release..... still quite enjoyable now..just a pitty it were quite a bit shorter than i expected..

I am looking for a game that dynamically adjusts itself and outcomes to suit the player, are there any games out there like that? I want to keep my son interested.

you all say its to short, but its the kind of game you can keep playing over and over, Dead Man walking is so fun trying to beat your old times, its like a challenge, and new york minute is also fun because it is hard as hell.

I got a challenge i will be posting as soon as my numbers improve, who can last longest on the dead man walking levels, i got like over 10 mins on most of them for the ps2, will post when i get that on the PC, and see if anyone can beat me

i thought the graphics were pretty good but the gameplay was like an old ps1 or sega or whatever."my opinion".it just felt outdated before i even started playing.

Max Paynes are the best. I don't know if max payne beats HL2, but it's above all that other crap. I've played SP at least 5 times and all the mods are really cool. "Hall of Mirrors" mod is gonna kick ass (based on movie equilibrium). Remedy's Alan Wake is gonna wipe out all new next generation games as well.

I have a much higher opinion of the first Max Payne than of the 2nd. I don't regret playing the 2nd one, but the first simply kept my adrenaline level at a high all the way through. I've also spent more time re-playing the first than the second.

The character of max payne changes between each game. I like them both. Max Payne 2 seems to draw you into the game better because of its overall quality. Too bad the quantity was limited, but the game has a lot of depth and actually didn't seem too short for me.

I played a demo in an EB. Didnt really care for it. Hi res or big speakers could do nothing to improve its gameplay. I admit, it was fun for 5 minutes...

Halo 2 is the obvious winner for multiplayer. It's single player was too short. For Single player or Campain games, Chaos Theory is an obvious winner.

In my opinion, SC:CT multiplayer is a whole lot better than Halo 2's, which is fairly uninspired compared to Splinter Cell's.
