UT04 3355v Editor not working

Hello peeplz The Editor in UT04 latest version isent working its all screwed

every time i start it up the whole screen goes brighter and the whole Unreal Ed is all white and i carnt to anything in it,ive had this happen before but i fixed it by reinstalling but if i reinstall again ill have to reenter all the mods and i dont want to

anyone have any idear on how to fix this ?
