My CS:S has problems with TS

My CS:S source runs fine on some servers but lags on servers that are in my state. And also it freezes after about 2 maps of playing when I have TeamSpeak on it, I've tried re-installing, changing drivers, refreshing internet connection, repair DNS, other servers, and pretty much anything that is real obvious or simple that may fix it. Any help?

Well a whole DL of the CSS will most probably solve your problem... That should help with major bugs and if it doesn't try a redl... Annoying I know, but it has worked for me :
