Sam & Max: There's still hope!
Here's what 1up.com reports:
Old school, point 'n click adventure fans blew a gasket when LucasArts decided their time and money was better spent on games not Sam & Max sequels. I'll have to cope with agreeing to disagree, but apparently not all hope is lost! Sam & Max creator Steve Purcell recently chatted with Gamasutra about what he's up to now. Besides working at Pixar and gathering material for his website Spudvision.com, Purcell dropped a bombshell and said he'd like to get back into games. Please please let it be so

Good news! I wish they hadn't canceled Full Throttle 2. I would have loved to see that or Grim Fandango 2.
