I just found this a while ago, and it's really fun. The server I play on is the California Gang role play server - 216.68.214.206:27015 - we make gangs and stuff on it. What you do is you get a job, such as police, and get payed for what you do.
I urge you to come and join, it's really fun, when you first join ask an admin for a job, and give them a job id from a list, by typing amx_joblist in console. Also don't DM(just going around killing people) you'll get banned
because it's against the rules.

BTW:When you first join, the mod takes a while to download from the server because it is pretty large.
