Medal of Honor Allied Assault 1.11 Patch Error

When I try to install the 1.11 patch for MOHAA I get this error:

I have MOHAA US version installed. What should I do?

Are you using a no cd crack? Some times patches don’t recognize those.

Did you install the correct patch? I think there's a U.S version and a European one.

Did you do a clean install of Windows and simply try running the patch on MOHAA? If so, re-install MOHAA and the re-patch

when you see that it mostly means you are trying to update the patch on a prerelease downloadable copy of Mohaa. In order to patch your copy of mohaa you would need to change some numbers in your registry something like to 200 or whatever,, I can't seem to remember. look for it in yahoo or something, I'm sure it's there somewhere.

Ahh, NO, this simply means that your patch, isnt cracked,LOL

just came across a bit of info concering this and remembered this thread. So I'll cut and paste maybe it'll help someone in the future should they, god forbid, use the search feature on the site

"In regedit.exe, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Medal of Honor Allied Assault\
There should be a key in there that has a number. 1.1.12.xxx
Change the xxx to 200."

It's not WAREZ, XP doesn't enter it in the registry correctly, I have the official release and I still have to use that reg file to update it.

Its true - I couldn't update my MOHAA until craig emailed the .reg to me (thanks!)... But now I'm ready to play MOHAA bwa ha ha ha ha! Spearhead should be working any day now...
