ROBOSTRIKE - where did it go?

After getting rather addicted to Robostrike
www.robostrike.com

It seems to have vanished - the name won't even lookup?

Any other fans of this?
Anybody see an announcement?
They'd not long started selling a shareware version with autobots for solo battle play - maybe they didn't start selling soon enough?

Never heard of it, that link is dead though

Were there any site maps or links to gaming sites ?

That would be my choice for pursuing something, I like.LOL

Each turn consists of 6 moves (processed in round robin order by timer lock-in)

Forward/Reverse and turn left/right
The turbo (jets icon) slides you an extra place (can use multiple) on the next move, and converts turn into sideways slide of 2 or more - you cannot go ONE sideways.

Main weapons:
Laser (1 damage to first target hit, range limited by walls)
Electro-Blast (1 damage to ALL targets on adjacent squuares)
- additionally, pushing opponents into holes, fixed laser hazards, or off an unwalled edge. Bumping an opponent onto a turntable can also screw up their planned moves.

Other weapons (collectable, one use then collect again):
Autofire - the target crosshair precedes all following moves (including laser) with an additional laser strike.
X-Fire - 4 direction, 2 laser blast
Bomb - damage and disable for a 2 square radius (drop and run!)

Sheild gives 3 hit protection for remainder of turn
Energy recharges by 3 points
(they must be USED, taking 1 move, to be effective, not just collected)
