UT2K3 and Multiple Computers?

Hey guys..

I just got UT2k3 today, but I was wondering.. since it comes
with a CD-Key, would I be able to install it on another computer
(at home, of course, using the same net via router) and play?
Or would I have to purchase another copy?

I know you can play LAN with one copy, but how about online?

Both computers can play online, but just not on the same server at the same time.
