What games do you LAN?

I'm wondering what games everyone lans? Me and my friend's options are running thin, now we don't have any games to lan.
So I'm hoping by figuring out what every one else lans with their friends in real life, i'll get some ideas.

You could try the conflict series is it allows LAN.

Ummm, anything that has co-op is usually fun, like Splinter Cell CT, that is a blast with a friend. Any of the Ghost Recon or R6 series is also a blast. Just look for Co-op games.

There is a mod for HL2 which lets you play the single player coop. With alot of people that could be super fun. CS of course is a great LAN game. Sven Coop is also a great HL mod that has alot of coop maps and what not. Both battlefields can be played coop (2 needs a special mod).

SystemShock 2!!! Er, its just one of the best games of all time... but old, so perhaps not what your looking for.

Heh, there's also NWN, Serious sam (SS2 will be out soon), sacred I'm trying to think of things that are not too old.

But zombies are a tad tougher than they should be.

bf2, halo, rogue spear, unreal tournament are the only games I have played LAN.

I too am looking for some more games to play.....

I think I am going to try fry cry and maybe UR2004

My son has gone bigtime in the LAN gaming area. He's a manager at a local comic books & games store. Earlier this year he invested in 4 27 inch TVs, 4 XBOXes, and several games. Among those is HALO and HALO 2. There's also some football, tennis, and other games.

At this point, they can handle easily up to 8 players playing on half-screen. The ability is there to play up to 16 players, but the size of their quarter screen is prohibitive. Two mobile tables were made so that two TVs face one way, and two the other.

The owner of the store was so impressed with the setup that he went out and got a 72" HDTV for them to play on in a limited fashion.

My daughter-in-law is ranked really high in HALO 2. I forget the actual ranking, but, she's a KILLER! LOL!

As for myself, I really like COOP games and even host a server for Line of Sight: Vietnam. It stays pretty active, too. I limit it to 6 players and there's someone on it almost all the time.

Motocross Madness 2 (classic :P), BF Series and UT Series. I forget, CS:S, CS1.6 and DoD and DoD:S when it will be release this monday!

BF 2, Dawn of War big style, used to be UT2004 but it's dying off now, and most recently GTR.

Call of duty and UT2004 are the main ones we play currently. Alot of people i play with have lower end systems and those both are a blast for everyone.

Used to play blackhawk down and ut2k3 with friends all the time. I'd mostly just bring my xbox or ps2 over and we'd rent some shitty racer or something. Ahh memories.

thanks guys, ima look into co-op for hl2 and some other games, i find that really fun in halo, should be great in other games too. also ganna try battlefield 2 and ut 2k4.
and no SFOSOK, not a gaming center, i dont really like those places, costs too much and we all have fast computers any way so really no point

If you got an Xbox, nothing is more fun the playing (original) Halo with 16 people all crammed in one of your friend's house hording the jeep and rockets and having a mass CTF or assault game that never ends and no one ever captures anything.
