Fable : The Lost Chapters

Hiya. Is anyone else having trouble with this game? I downloaded it yesterday (Boo! Hiss!) but when running the executable I get a critical error for fable.exe (The "do you want to send a report" kind)

I've tried a few things like unloading windowblinds (This caused Splinter Cell 3 to crash also at start), installing media player 10. On the torrent site I see a lot of other people with this problem, on different releases so I'm guessing the original would also present this problem on my rig. My rig is fairly new (3500+ 6800GT) so it should all be compatible) Driverset 77.56 Xtreme-G

Trying using the latest officials. The game is buggy (visit Lionhead's Forums for some possible fixes), but I just finished the game. Tis great!

Try turning shadows game. Great game too, wish I knew a similar game to it.
