Need some help with a NASTY GTA3 problem!

URWORSTENEMY has got a humdinger of a GTA3 problem that's been detailed in this thread over here, mainly the second page. If anyone who's familar with GTA3 & XP has got ANY clue could you please post it here? Or if anyone has any question they think should be asked let's post 'em up.

Someone needs our help and is desperate for their GTA3 fix, and I could use some help on this one since it's really annoying me.

URWORSTENEMY: I haven't forgotten about ya, I'm trying to think of something useful to tell ya to try. I'm gonna go and wipe out me GTA3 XP install and try and re-install it and see what I learn along the way.

I'll post back as soon as I have anything to give to ya.

Just noticed this thread digi...
...dont worry mate. I just completely formatted and re-installed XP.

That sorted out my problem

I guess the problem was probably deeper than just a mod tweak, the fact that i incurred other problems with other games revealed just that.
It may have been just a nasty concidence
