Black & White 2 retail patch v1.1

As promised, Lionhead Studios has issued the first retail patch for Black & White 2, updating their 3D god-playing strategy sequel to version 1.1. This release addresses a few remaining issues along with adding some gameplay balancing tweaks as detailed in the change notes, but it is not save-game compatible with the original game.
