It only takes about 20 mins without the commentary. I think I'll play through it now with the commentary on now.

I'm having severe stuttering/freezing problems. Game has even turned black and white on me. Don't know why. HL2 runs great. LC is almost completly unplayable.

I thought it looked awesome, and I was suprised it played on my system just fine at 1024 X 768. It only stuttered once when I was in the church.

Wow, this is a sweet lil treat, with no trick! Seriously it played freakin awsome @ 1280*800 w 2aa and 2 af, played through once and didnt get a stutter or see any graphic glitches or errors, took a spill at the end with the choppity chop and reloaded to find all the enemy models crucified though! owell, played awsome, plus dunno if it matters but im usin those first Omega 5.10a's, the ones he took down and replaced?

20 minute demostration of HDR its pretty sweet i wish it would have lated longer but atleast we know what to expect in the future. Just Awesome!!

I just got done playing and Man.. I have to say.. It was great.. ran smooth on this 6600

The only people who are screwed are the ones who are "green" with envy.It plays well on all cards so it seems from what I`ve heard.

Pretty. Played well at 1280x960 with 4x AA, 8x AF, VSYNC, TSAA, GammaAA and everything else maxed. Framerate was smooth, but I definitely felt the weight of it. (Smooth, but low FPS. I didn't throw up the command to check the actual FPS)

Having problems with it freezing every few minutes, and I seem to have god mode on all the time even though its not on.. ?

well, its DLing on mine. I let is go all night, and I only went from 88% to 95% Oh well, i'll have it soon enough, I still as FEAR, QUAKE and now COD2 to play.

lol you actually followed that hype? valve said it was just a 10 min hdr tech demo thats it, not a huge game.

Wonder if someone can make a hdr mod to hl2 or if valve did it, pretty sweet demo.

Just got it, took about 15 min to download..

I am expecting a stutter-fest. Funny that an OGL game like Q4 can run smooth as butta, but a game made with ATI cards in mind is a stutterfest... Oh well. I hope this runs better, but I doubt it will.

Well it stutters quite a bit at first.. then it smooths out a bit.. Sounds good but then all of the sudden after taking a screenshot the sound bugged out.. I also switched sound to medium so maybe that was it..

I like the way the HDR is used- it looks like in real life where your eyes adjust to the light. It looks cool on the reflections off the guns and sides of buildings too.
