the news post saying there are no hit games i will have to disagree. i dont like xbox but a lot of good launch games backing it. XBOX had only halo which was an unknown series until later

Same here. I can't understand the reasoning behind some of those posts. Perfect Dark Zero, Project Gotham Racing 3, Call of Duty 2 (bloody smooth 60fps, and looks like it's playing on a high end PC), and Condemned (which uses the F.E.A.R. engine.. sweet game btw) are the best titles so far on the system. Runners up, Kameo and Madden '06 (which is tweaked for the 360 with a 30 year Franchise mode, and better playbook style).

As for the bad, Quake 4 is nice, however it does have some bad issues with framerate making it unbearable to play (at least on the PC I could tweak the game to get it to play smoother). To me, this game was rushed, and needs some serious tweaking to it. Fifa 06 World Tour.. crap. Actually, with the exception of Madden almost all the sports titles are just ports with better graphics, but Fifa.. man.. all you can do is play single games, multiplayer, and a world tour. Once you beat the world tour, it's over. Ridge Racer 6, well, it looks nice, however it's just an arcade racer where you start last, race against the clock, need to play a perfect game, and if you did, you will be the leader in the LAST lap. Otherwise you will always be 2nd. I don't find that fun. Read IGNs review on the game as it's spot on. GUN... crap. You'd think it'd be an Xbox, or at least a PC port, but rather it's a PS2 port. That's the only way to describe it. Crap would be the other way.

The only games that I haven't tried are Tony Hawk's: American Wasteland, and King Kong. Both of those games have gotten some pretty good reviews, so we'll see.
