If you enjoyed Enemy Territory MP, then yes. If not, then no. I presume that this will be heavily geared towards MP. What was wrong with Q4? I thought it was enjoyable.

Too bland for my taste, not enough strategy. Like I could make my brain fall asleep and could pass the game on the hardest. I like tacticle shooters.
