I just finished Quake4 and I cant get one thing

WHERE ARE THE GOD DAMN FLIES.

In every other quake games there are these cool flies buzzing around the corps.
I love them. they drop them on Quake 4.

I think Quake game without flies is like Halo without Master Chief, Tom without Jerry and a hot dog without a ban.
