xbox 360 freezing!!!

Yes i just got my xbox 360 core, with doa 4 and it is freezing during some of the load screens only. It doesn't freeze any other time could the game be messed up, should i go exchange the game disc?

It freeze's up because it runs on a microsoft operating system. Take the computer back to the store and get your money back.

Play the game on your old school xbox hooked up with component high def video and everything will be ok.

i returned the game for a different copy and it hasn't frozen not once yet! so im happy!
