I suggest you try it out. Ubi knows they made a mistake with the console version and this is supposed to be leagues better.

dunno to me it feels a bit of a backstep. You cant go prone(okay fine) but not even snipers(that makes no sense to me) the movement seems clunky but I will give it some time

Its like they took rainbow six, ate it, then shit it out. After that they dipped it in a big batch of "trendy" and covered it in sprinkles.

Guess GR and SC are all we have left.

Lol, also I love how they said they made the gameplay slower and more tacticle but all they really did was slow your movement to a constant shuffle of the feet a couple inches at a time. Where did the original game designers go? O wait, they probably died by now...

Edit: Would also like to add that guns and their bullets made no sound for me...

It truly is a sad effort from RSE(if it really WAS RSE and not just Ubi who pretty much owns the name anyway)They made a VERY feeble attempt at reviving the more classic feel of R6 but failed ABSOLUTELY Miserably.
I just REALLY hope GRAW doesnt look/play ANYTHING like this or else the Tom Clancy Series as a whole is DOOMED for PC Gamers(tho it has been catered to Console users for quite some time anyway)But thats a whole other Ubi Topic that infuriates me

Yeah I know, I don't want to blame them though, red storm has done such a wonderful job in the past. They probably got restaffed.

I played the demo as soon as it came out becuase i was looking forward to a new anti terrorist style game with the hope of co-op network play. ... had the demo installed for all of 5 mins before removing it again ... thank god i didnt buy it

UBI should call it Rainbow Six: Letdown

I was a hardcore Rogue Spear and Raven Shield player, was eagerly awaiting Lockdown. When it was clear it is a dissapointment, I waited for The Regiment, which, as I found out is nothing more then Raven Shield with british accent.
I am playing Americas Army now

I think this game is a massive disappointment. I loved Swat 4 and must have played it for about 3 months when it came out. My friend got Lockdown and I borrowed it for a night. after an hour I deinstalled it, and it put me in the mood to play Swat 4 again, so I had a game tonight and its just as good as I remember !

yeah, SWAT 4 is amazing. Americas Army is so awesome. My college wont let me play online games, fags, so im stuck doing nothing really. I miss my 65 honor account.

America's Army was alright IMO, but im a long time R6 fan. The honor system and levels weren't really set up how I wouldve liked.

was a hardcore R6 fan, u know the kind that would print out the maps and take em to school to firgure out the most optimal way to do the obj. If it didn't work 2/3 times I would revise it until it worked. Then when I finished the game I revised it so much that I could just go spectator and my team would do the rest.

Man loved all of the series up until Lockdown, disgrace.
