DH Review: MotoGP 3
Arush has just finished his latest review for all you crazy two wheel lovers (like me!).
If you’ve already played any of Climax’s MotoGPs, then you’ll quickly find yourself immediately at home… a little too at home actually. The first thing you’ll notice is that the entire menu system is exactly the same as in the previous versions. The only thing that changed were maybe a few new options and a few others removed, a different color scheme and that’s about it. It hasn’t been retouched which is a pity since the menu system is slightly clunky and felt unpolished (unlike the rest of the game). But it’s still pleasant and the continuous videos playing the background make browsing the menus interesting to say the least. ![]() read the review here |

Always wondered what it would be like to play one of these games with one of these:
http://www.gamesmarket.com.au/details.php?ProdID=5058 hmmm, cheaper... http://vertexpc.com/catalog/product_...products_id=72 I always used pedals for throttle and brake and a dual analog gamepad for leaning, steering, fore/aft leaning and everything else.. it worked pretty good, but real handlebars would be cool. I don't think the physics are worth the trouble though, but I remember #2 in the series being pretty fun for a while.. ![]() (damn image shack is slow as hell....)

it seems like just another re-run of their previous releases with a few little extras thrown in to look good on paper

Hook you bike up to your computer Z : ).
If they do make a bike game like Need For Speed it shouldn't be all arcady and crappy. I think it shoul have the selection of NFS but have the physics and destruction of Burnout, that would be one awsome bike game. It should also have like a freeway and highway mode where its just free riding and there are cops, but only the ones that know they can catch u will try. |

A game like that was already done on PS2 and it flopped... A bike game is much tougher than it seem and in that respect, Moto GP 3 was quite good , though not up to par with the rest of the competition
