C&C First Decade

I was wonderin if any of you guys have picked this up, I will as soon as I have enough cash on me to spare. Along with the Warhammer GOTY.

I was thinking about getting this when I heard about it a few months back, but I am not sure if I would ever play them. I already have Warhammer GOTY and Winter Assault. Those are great games!

The graphics on all the older ones will be horrible not to mention it won't allow common higher resolutions that are in use today but I'm probably gonna get it just for fun.

All of the old games are supposed to be re-mastered, so lets hope that they sort of updated the graphics to at least use modern resolutions. I'm going to get this now that I know that all of them run on XP.

Remastered how? Beyond working with Xp I doubt any other changes were made. They should have redone them all with Generals engine that would have been amazing.

I picked it up last night. They are not remastered, but they do all work in windows XP. I have also heard the multiplayer in the original C&C is broken still, but have not had time to test it yet.

I'm planing on beating the whole series, no matter how long it takes me

The best part is the whole series (including renegade) is on one DVD!

This is perfect if you can't find that one expantion pack to finish the collection, or like me and can't run the older games unless I install windows 98 on my quite old computer.

Definatly a bundle worth picking up. C&C is by far the top RTS game ever made...although they almost lost it w/ tiberian sun IMHO.

I just picked it up actually maybe a couple days ago, I'm lovin it. Even the old ones are still awsome.

I'm waiting for the price to go down to 20.00 dollars. 40 dollars seems like a good price now, but it's expensive for old games.

I thought tiberian sun was awesome...it was the last game with all the cheesy actors

I didn't like Tiberian sun either, finished all of them except sun and renegade, loved Red Alert 2, it was my favourite.

Edit: I hate my brother for finishing Renegade while I'd not finished it, I guess I'd buy it coz I have a score to settle with him, currently with the arrival of CoD 2 and Doom 3 to my house, he's finised more FPS games all time than me, which is a bad thing. Sadly, I'm not that much into gaming anymore, games just aren't what they used to be. I mean, "you wanna amp this up!!!?" what the hell was that from NFS Most wanted?
