Is FEAR all graphics card?

I just installed FEAR and played it on a p4 at 3.0ghz or whatever with a x1900 and I got same scores at max settings as people with dual amds

Doess it not use the cpu at all?

FEAR doesn't take advantage of the dual core CPUs so that's probably why you got the same score.

F.E.A.R. is pretty much all graphics card. The only thing you will see improvement from is a new card. The probably won't ever optimize it for Dual core so yeah. But all games need the CPU. Thats why they are games : ).
