Valve Bans 10.000 Steam Accounts

It seems not only Blizzard drops the ban hammer on people as new Valve Anti-Cheat technology caught a few people cheating in Counter-Strike: Source and other games this week -- over 10,000. VAC detects anyone using cheat software and permanently bans their Steam account. Valve expects to see a surge of forum posts laying blame squarely at the feet of "my little brother."

We all do hate cheaters, but its a common thing to see them on EACH and EVERY games out today. Personnaly, ive been banned ALOT on CSS and BF2 for "Aimbot/Wallhack". All those n00bs clan leaders think they are better then anyone.. r0fl. They cant stand better player, they must ban before getting owned! Its a realy common thing now these days.

That is funny as hell..
It really does not stop it though. Most of those cheaters were probably running a hacked version of steam anyhow.

The only time I personally run cracked games is when I am considering buying them. My opinion is that 80% or more of all the newly released games in the past three to five years are not worth buying. The Half-Life Source series is not one of them. Even though I suck at CSS and do not agree with allot of Valves EULA they still have put together a hell of a game.
